    TWNIC decided to formally publish the “Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and Enforcement Gist” in January.  After the publication, it will immediately begin the procedure of selecting about two to three dispute resolution organizations for the time being. At the early stage,  TWNIC will urge the Bar Association or the Intellectual Property Association and the relevant organizations to be the dispute resolution organizations.  If everything goes well, the first dispute resolution organization will be selected in march.  In the future, any enterprises or individuals who found that their domain names, trademarks or names were maliciously registered as domain names by Internet squartters, or the registrants thereof were considered having no rights or legitimate interests, or registering or using such domain names with malicious intent, they can file complaints with the dispute resolution organizations.
